Let us know if you have any questions regarding your membership. You can also request password retrieval, change your password or create a new account.

We don't use recurring payments, you will only be charged for the plan you choose.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership up to 7 days after purchase if you didn't like our content. Please just request a full refund and tell us the reason so that we can improve our services in the future.

Technical issues

Tell us if you are experiencing any technical problems with our videos and please describe the problem with as much details as possible. Don't forget to inform us if you are using a computer, cell phone, tablet or smart TV set.

Translation issues

We apologise for possible mistakes in the translation of some of the content. We may also have incorrectly translated titles or descriptions of videos. Please help us improve the translations by sending us the URL of the page and the corrections to be made. Any help is appreciated.

Subtitles

Older videos do not contain subtitles, but you can request a translation into English. It may take a while, but we will try to do it as quickly as possible.
